Breaking News: One of top Owatonna school officials named director of state organization

Owatonna’s assistant superintendent Michelle Krell has been chosen as the new executive director of the Minnesota Elementary School Principals’ Association.
Krell, of Blooming Prairie, will begin her new position on July 1. The job is based in Roseville.
She has been in the number two position under Superintendent Jeff Elstad at the Owatonna school district for several years. She previously had been elementary principal for Kasson-Mantorville school district.
