BREAKING NEWS: Two found dead in Medford
Steele County Sheriff Lon Thiele has confirmed two people have died in a “suspicious incident” in Medford Friday night.
The incident happened around 8:22 p.m. in the 200 block of 1st Street N.W. Thiele said two adults were found dead in the residence.
No names have been released at this time.
Thiele said his office is receiving assistance from the Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension. The BCA’s mobile crime lab came to Medford to assist the sheriff’s office in processing the crime scene.
The investigation is ongoing and no additional information will be released at this time pending notification of the family.
Thiele said there is no threat to the public.
