BREAKING NEWS UPDATE: Victims identified in weekend Medford incident
Steele County Sheriff Lon Thiele has identified the victims of a weekend incident where two people were found dead as Chandra Lanae Pelch, 18, and Jerome Charles Caldwell, 19, both of Medford.
Thiele said the Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension continues to assist his agency with the investigation.
