Level III meeting set for Dec. 3

A Level III Community Notification meeting will be held at 6 p.m., Dec. 3, at the Steele County History Center in Owatonna.
Sean Patrick McKee, 30, has been convicted of a criminal sexual conduct and will be residing in the vicinity of 44th Avenue and U.S. Highway 14 East in Owatonna, according to the Steele County Sheriff’s Office.
McKee is not wanted at this time and has served his sentence. He has a history of sexual contact with a 14-year-old female. In addition, the report said he has additional behavioral issue including chemical dependency.
