Sabrina Schnoor, 25, Faribault

Sabrina Schnoor, 25, Faribault, obituary

Sabrina Lee Schnoor, age 25 of Faribault, died unexpectedly on Tuesday, May 30, 2023, in Owatonna.

Born Feb. 17, 1998, in Mankato, a daughter of Stacia Schnoor and Tim Stephanie. Sabrina attended Waterville-Elysian-Morristown School District before she spent her high school years at Owatonna High School.

She enjoyed fishing with her grandpa, camping, music of all genres and being in nature. From birth, she was obsessed with animals of all kinds and loved walking her dog. She loved kids, especially her son Daniel who was the light of her world. She loved and cherished every moment she got to spend with him. She loved hanging out with her grandpa and also shared an extremely close relationship with her Aunt Anna. Being very artistic and super creative, she could make art out of anything – especially loving Halloween and all the creativity that comes with it. More recently she had taken an interest in tattooing for others.

Sabrina was such a joyful person, always holding on to her goofy, childhood spirit. She always saw the good in others, never being able to see a flaw in anyone – knowing those she loved and cared the most about brought her much love and joy in life. A young, compassionate, caring, free spirit, has been taken from this life too soon and her memory will live on through others’ lives, that she has touched.

Sabrina is survived by her parents, Stacia Schnoor, of Albert Lea, Tim (Monica) Stephanie, of Mankato, step-father Ronald Kalstabaken Jr. of Dodge Center; her son who she loved so very much Daniel Neil Schnoor Klaustermeier; sister, Serenity Rose Schnoor and fiancé Falconer Bellefy, of Owatonna; brother, Blake Jacobson, of Prescott, WI; step-sister Morgan Behnke of Mankato; her two nieces Gemma and Evelyn; maternal grandparents Steven and Marni Schnoor of Elysian, MN; Great-grandmother Betty Wood of Farmington, MN; aunts, Kristy Denn (Kevin Bruegger) of Lake Crystal and Matt Denn of Janesville and Anna (Charlie) Stoltz of Waterville; two uncles, Mike (Sarah) Wood of Waseca and Joseph Schnoor of Elysian, as well as several cousins and extended relatives that she loved very much.

She is preceded in death by one uncle, Tony Schnoor.

In honoring her wishes, she will be cremated. Visitation will be held, Thursday, June 8, 2023, from 3 to 5 p.m. at the Waterville Chapel of Dennis-Steffel-Omtvedt Funeral and Cremation Service. A small celebration of Sabrina’s life will follow at 5 p.m. at the funeral home. Private family interment will be held at the Cedar Hill Cemetery in Elysian. Dennis-Steffel-Omtvedt Funeral and Cremation Service are in charge of the arrangements.
