Betty Ann (Johnson) Reynolds, 80,Dexter

Betty Ann (Johnson) Reynolds, 80, of Dexter, died Monday May 13, 2019 at her home, surrounded by loved ones.
Betty Ann (Johnson) Reynolds was born Sept. 8, 1938, to Roy and Gladys (Exe) Johnson in Sargeant Township, Mower County, Minn. She attended Hayfield High School.  Betty was united in marriage to Donald Reynolds and together they had a son Vincent and daughter Dawn. Betty kept busy as a mother, grandmother, girl scout leader, Sunday school teacher, and school van driver.  She painted and wall papered. She was heavily involved in Evanger Lutheran Church and the Hayfield American Legion Auxiliary. In her free time Betty enjoyed traveling, tending her lawn and gardens, feeding her birds, and spending time with her family and friends.
Betty is survived by her children; Vincent (Andrea) Reynolds of Hayfield, Minn. and Dawn (Todd) Reed of Grand Meadow, Minn.; six grandchildren, Cole Hartson, Elizabeth Reynolds, Connor Hartson, Jacob Reynolds, Patrick Reynolds, and Cayden Reed; sister, Lorna (Johnson) Lybeck of Rochester and brother, Merlin (Lynn) Johnson of Harrison, Ariz.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Roy and Gladys Johnson; her husband, Donald Reynolds; sisters, Ramona (Johnson) Yngsdal and Lorraine (Johnson) Bolstad, and an infant brother.
Visitation was held at the Czaplewski Funeral Home, in Hayfield.
Funeral services were held on Thursday, May 16 at Evanger Lutheran Church with Pastor Dwight Dobell officiating, assisted by Pastor Paul Hauschild.
