Beverly Jean Borchert passed away peacefully on Feb. 28, 2025, at Birchwood Cottages in Owatonna, at the age of 93.

Beverly was born on Dec. 5, 1931, in Mankato, to Harold and Erma Kopischke. Beverly graduated from Owatonna High School in 1949 and immediately started working for Jostens.

Every room in Beverly’s house was filled with family photos of her children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren – they were her pride and joy!

In addition to raising seven children, Beverly enjoyed creating beautiful, counted cross-stitch pictures, which won several ribbons at the Steele County Free Fair, as well as collecting dolls and traveling.

Outside the home, Beverly worked for Hydro-Ax, Blount International, and several consumer retail outlets.
