BREAKING NEWS: Owatonna’s Williams to be inducted into MFCA Hall of Fame
Owatonna football head coach Jeff Williams will be inducted into the Minnesota Football Coaches Association Hall of Fam’s Class of 2024 on April 6 for his achievements over his career. Williams currently sits 55th on Minnesota’s all-time wins list as a high-school head coach with a career record of 207-86.
Owatonna football head coach Jeff Williams is slated to be inducted into the Minnesota Football Coaches Association’s (MFCA) Hall of Fame on April 6, marking another milestone in his illustrious career with the Huskies.
Williams – who notched his 200th win in the historic season-opener at the new high school’s Federated Field – currently sits tied for 55th place in the Minnesota all-time wins list with a record of 207-86.
Also set to be recognized for their accomplishments as cornerstones of their football programs are Huskies’ assistant coach Matt Skala and Blooming Prairie assistant coach Matt Kittelson.
Both will receive honors as recipients of Butch Nash Assistant Coach Award.
The 60th annual MFCA Hall of Fame banquet will take place at the Doubletree Hotel at 1500 Park Place Blvd. on April 6, beginning at 5 p.m.
