NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON THE 2023 STREET AND UTILITY IMPROVEMENTS IN THE CITY OF BLOOMING PRAIRIE, MN
Notice is hereby given that the Blooming Prairie City Council will meet in the Council Chambers of the City Hall at 6:00 p.m. on Monday, April 8, 2024.  Purpose of the public hearing is to consider the making of the 2023 Street and Utility Improvement: an improvement of Industrial Drive from 3rd Street NE (TH 30) to the northern termination point, 5th Street NE from Center Ave. N (CSAH 41) east to Highway Ave. N (TH 218), and portions of Mill Ave., 4th Ave, 5th Ave., 2nd St., 1st St. and Main St. (South of TH 30 and East of TH 218) pursuant to Minn. Stat. §§ 429.011 to 429.111. The area proposed to be assessed for such improvement is all properties abutting to or gaining access from the aforementioned sections of streets. The estimated cost of the improvement is $4,390,614.90. A 
reasonable estimate of the impact of the 
assessment will be available at the hearing. Such persons as desire to be heard with reference to the proposed improvement will be heard at this 
meeting. The properties directly affected for the purpose of this hearing are 195, 205 and 215 5th Ave NE.
