Dodge County Wind LLC
is proposing to build a 110-foot-tall self-supporting monopole aircraft detection lighting system (ADLS) tower located east of 64th Ave. SE, between 38th St and 48th St., Claremont, Steele County, Minnesota 55924 (44° 1’ 52.2” N, 93° 6’ 13.3” W) [Township 107 North, Range 19 West, Section 34]. The antenna for the ADLS, which will be mounted on the tower, requires a license by the Federal Communications Commission (FCC). This notice is being published in accordance with FCC regulations (47 CFR § 1.1307) for Section 106 of the National Historic 
Preservation Act (NHPA) and for the National
