Gail Yvonne Hofius, 63, Blooming Prairie

Gail Yvonne Hofius, 63, of Blooming Prairie, died Sunday, Dec. 9, 2018.
Gail passed away peacefully surrounded by her daughter and her husband at St. Mary’s Hospital in Rochester. 
Gail was born on June 7, 1955 in Placerville, Calif. 
Some of her favorite things were seeing new places, camping, crafts, Blue and Rock N’ Roll music, the ocean, gardening and spending time with her family. 
Gail is survived in death by her husband, Jeffery John Hofius; her daughters, Yvonne (David) Subbert of Hayfield; Sumnus Bornhoft of Austin; Chanel Bornhoft of Austin’ Toisha Bauer of Austin; her son, Cody Hofius of Orolville, Calif.; 12 grandchildren; her beloved dogs, family and friends.
A Celebration of Life will take place Saturday, Dec. 22 from 1-4 p.m. at the Community Center (Senior Citizens Center) in Blooming Prairie.
