Nadine Gilomen, 62, Ellendale

Nadine Leah Gilomen passed away on June 3, 2024, at Methodist Hospital in Rochester.

Nadine was born on Feb. 19, 1962, to Ted and Mary Dolezal in St. Paul. She grew up in the Midway area in St. Paul and in 1976 moved to Northfield.

In 1979, she was married to Mike Gilomen; less than a year she was widowed. Together with Jim Demmer, they welcomed a daughter, Najomi Demmer. In 2004, she was united with Ross Macho.

She fought a brave battle against kidney cancer for three years with her motto for her fight being “F-Cancer!”

She brought light and joy to all who knew her and will be dearly missed by many.

Nadine will be lovingly remembered by Ross Macho of Ellendale; sister, Doreen Grundhouser of St. Paul; brother, Mike Dolezal of McAllen, Texas; four nieces, and one nephew.
