PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that Petitioner has filed a Petition by Interested Person to Invoke
Court’s In Rem 
Jurisdiction Pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Section 501C.0201, et seq. It is Ordered that, on 4/8/2024 at 10:00 am, a hearing will be held on the Petition in this Court at the Steele County 
Government Center, 111 East Main Street, 
Owatonna, Minnesota 55060, via electronic means on the Zoom 
platform (see remote hearing notice). 
Specifically, Petitioner is
requesting that the Court take action pursuant to Minnesota Statutes 
sections 501C.0202(3), (5), (8), (9), (10), (11), (13), (14), (19), (20), and (24).
Any objections to the Petition must be raised at the hearing or filed with the Court prior to the
hearing. If the Petition is proper and no objections are filed or raised, the Petition will be granted
and the LaVerne W. Johnson Revocable Trust Agreement dated August 31, 1998, as amended,
will be subject to 
continuing court 
supervision, and such relief as is specified in the Petition filed with this Court will be granted.
