STEELE TALKIN'
As we look to the year ahead, we are filled with gratitude and optimism for the work we continue to do in the community. Because of the incredible support of our donors, volunteers, staff and partners, this past year was a very impactful one for the Exchange Club Center for Family Unity. We were able to serve an increased number of families through both our Parent Mentoring Program and our Supervised Visitation services. Today, we are proud to support families from 19 counties throughout Minnesota, all with the shared goal of preventing child abuse and strengthening families.
We are also excited to share several upcoming events that help fuel our mission and bring our community together. Our annual Fish Fry at the Knights of Columbus is set for March 13, and we look forward to additional fundraising nights at Timber Lodge on Feb. 19 and at The Pizza Ranch on Feb. 25. We are also busy planning our Annual Golf Tournament, which will take place on June 15 at the Owatonna Country Club. This is an event we always look forward to as both a fundraiser and a celebration of community support.
In addition to our events, we are continuing to make progress on our ongoing capital campaign. Our current mortgage balance stands at $119,000, and every contribution helps us move closer to a stronger, more secure future for the families we serve. If you would like to support this effort, donations can be made through our website, or you can reach out by email or phone to the Center directly. We are deeply thankful for the generosity that makes this work possible and look forward to another year of connection and impact.
It is your compassion that makes it possible for us to support the families in our programs and we are deeply grateful for it. Please visit our Facebook page and website (https://centerforfamilyunitymn.org/) or call 507-455-1190 to donate and learn more, or to schedule a small or large group conversation or presentation. From our team, thank you for being part of our mission. We hope to see you at our fundraisers coming up in February and March!
