Brian Bice, 55, Owatonna
Brian Bice died Saturday, Nov. 26, 2022, at his home surrounded by family in Owatonna.
Funeral service will be held Saturday, Dec. 3, 2022, at United Methodist Church in Ellendale at 10:30 a.m., with visitation one hour prior to the service at the church. Friends may greet the family from 4–7 p.m. on Friday, Dec. 2, 2022, at Brick-Meger Funeral Home in Owatonna.
Brian Orville Bice was born July 16, 1967, in Owatonna to Norbert and Genevieve (Schuler) Bice. He was raised in Owatonna and graduated from Owatonna High School in 1985. He enlisted in the Army Reserve in Owatonna shortly after high school and completed his basic training in Ft. Jackson, North Carolina. He served from 1986–1994.
Brian married Kerry (Bass) Wacek in Owatonna on Sept. 10, 1994. He worked at Viracon and Wenger Corporation and as a truck driver for several companies, most recently the Jennie-O Turkey Store and Don Senske Trucking in Waseca. He also worked part time at UPS.
Brian enjoyed fishing, grouse hunting, and spending time with his family, grandkids and best friend Buster.
He is survived by his wife, Kerry; parents Norbert and Gen Bice, Owatonna; stepsons Jeffrey (Rachel) Wacek and Jeremy (Melanie Sanchez) Wacek; nine grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; two brothers: Roland (Deb) Bice, Rochester, and Randall (Tabitha) Bice, Cleveland, Minn.; sister Kim (Gary) Wobschall, Owatonna; nephews Tanner (Jessica) Wobschall and Trever (Kayla) Wobschall, and nieces Haley, Alyia and Tarynn Bice.
