Charlotte Thacker, 63, Owatonna

Charlotte R. Thacker of Owatonna died on Dec. 29, 2023, at the age of 63, after a brief illness.

Char was born March 8, 1960, in Virginia, Minn. She spent her early years in Burnsville, and later moved to Oregon, where she met and married Jeff Thacker. They divorced. Char returned to the Minneapolis area, eventually settling near family in Owatonna.

Char had a strong will, which enabled her to endure many significant challenges throughout her life. Her personality was vibrant and unforgettable. She is missed.

Char was preceded in death by her parents, Edward "Bill" and Elizabeth (Hyvari) Sarazine, and her brother Bill. She is survived by her daughter, three grandchildren, two half-brothers, and an aunt.
