Lindholm, and Mary Lindholm, the Sheriff of Steele County will sell at public auction to the highest bidder for cash, on April 21, 2016, at 10:00 a.m., at the Steele County Sheriff’s Office, 204 East Pearl Street, Owatonna, MN 55060, the premises and real estate described in said Judgment and Decree: 
A tract of land in the Southwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 19, Township 106 North, Range 19 West, described as follows: 
Commencing at the Southwest Corner of said Section 19; thence North 0 degrees, 0 minutes, 0 seconds East (assumed bearing) 300 feet along the West line of said Section 19 to the point of beginning, thence continuing North 0 degrees, 0 minutes, 0 seconds East 434 feet; thence North 90 degrees, 0 minutes, 0 seconds East 425 feet; thence South 02 degrees, 38 minutes, 19 seconds West 434.46 feet; thence South 90 degrees, 0 minutes, 0 seconds West 405 feet to the point of beginning (containing 4.1 acres, more or less),
