Georgina Johnson, 1 day, Owatonna, obituary

In Loving Memory of Georgina Belle Johnson.

On Dec. 16, 2023, a little angel, Georgina Belle Johnson, entered this world, bringing with her a profound love that would touch the hearts of all who knew her. Born with a delicate heart condition, Georgina's time on Earth was regrettably brief but her impact was immeasurable, during this time she was cradled in the loving arms of her parents, Tyler and Michelle, her grandparents, Troy Johnson and Sonya David, along with her aunt Carmen Van Osdale.

Surrounded by the embrace of family, Georgina's spirit shone brightly for the short time she graced our lives. Born and baptized on the same day, her aunt Carmen performed the sacred ceremony, ensuring Georgina felt the warmth of love and faith from the very beginning. She peacefully returned to the arms of her Heavenly Father on the very day she graced us with her presence.

Georgina is remembered with love by her parents, Tyler and Michelle, her brother, Cooper, and sister, Emma. Her grandparents, Troy and Lisa Johnson and Sonya and Tony David. great-grandmother Mary McConville and great-grandparents Rodney and Joan Johnson. Aunt Jordan (Jeff) Collier, Uncle Jake (Marin) Johnson, Aunt Sara "Belle” Johnson, Amy (Lance) Coker, Wess (Kourtney) McConville. Along with many other aunt’s, uncle’s and tons of cousins.

Georgina is now reunited in eternal peace with her maternal grandparents Barbara Doyle and Patrick McConville. Maternal great-grandfathers Clem McConville, Leo Bud Doyle and great grandmother Dorothy Jean Doyle. Paternal great-grandparents Robert “Bud” and Audrey Yule.

In the embrace of heaven, baby Georgina is joyfully welcomed by other cherished children who left this world too soon. Among those eagerly greeting her are her twin baby cousins, Madison and Mariah McConville, her dear cousin Jesse Spinler, and the little one who holds a special place in our hearts, Sarahi's baby Jax Sadler-Rico. Together, they form a celestial family, forever united in love and innocence.

To celebrate Georgina's life and the love she brought into the world, a memorial service was held on Wednesday, Dec. 27. The family extended an invitation to all who wish to join them in commemorating Georgina's life and finding solace in the love she brought into the world at the Brick-Meger Funeral Home in Owatonna for a time of reflection, followed by a eulogy. The evening concluded with a dinner for a time of gathering around the Lord’s table.

Though Georgina's time with us was fleeting, the love she shared will endure in our hearts. As we gather to celebrate her life, may we find comfort in knowing she rests peacefully in the arms of Jesus.
