Jacqueline Friesner, 66, Blooming Prairie

Jacqueline Leah Friesner, age 66, of Blooming Prairie passed away on Saturday, April 1, 2023, surrounded by her loved ones.

She valiantly fought a battle with cancer which ultimately took her life. Her courageous determination to persevere through trials was an inspiration to those around her. Cooking and baking brought Jackie much joy. Her job at Casey’s gave her many opportunities to do so as she spent time making donuts and frosted sugar cookies for the community.

She was an expert at taking care of plants, and a huge fan of the Dallas Cowboys. She loved her family and friends well. Her beautiful life has left a lasting imprint on the hearts of those who loved her.

Jackie is preceded in death by her husband, Luverne Friesner; brothers, Jeffery and John Tollefson; and father, Gaylord Tollefson.

She is survived by her mother; Marilyn Tollefson; her sons, Gregory, Joshua (Heidi) and Nathan Friesner; five grandchildren, Joshua Jr., Ethan, Autumn, Sadie and Garrison Friesner, and close companion; Keven Nelson.

We hope that all who loved Jackie will join us in celebrating her life at First Lutheran Church of Blooming Prairie on Saturday, April 15, 2023, at 1 p.m.
