Jessica Aspenwall, 27, Wycoff

Jessica Nicole Aspenwall, 27, of Wycoff, Minn., passed away unexpectedly on Dec. 21, 2023, in a motor vehicle crash, along with her beloved dogs Abby and Rebel.

Jessica was born Oct. 23, 1996. She attended Rosemount High School and went on to earn her Bachelor’s Degree in Animal Science from University of Wisconsin - River Falls.

Jessica developed her business JA Horse and Mule Co. where she specialized in the sale, marketing and training of horses and mules. Jess was happiest when working with animals. She was driven, successful, and fortunate to build her life and career around the things she loved most.

Jessica is survived by her mother Sherri Wood, father Brent Aspenwall, brother Andrew (fiancée Alyssa Melin) Aspenwall, sister Kate (Michael) Biermaier, nieces Elsie Biermaier and Hannah Aspenwall, nephew Ian Biermaier, boyfriend Gabriel Murphy, closest BFF’s, beloved dog Goliath and all the horses.

A memorial service will be held at 12 p.m. on Friday, Dec. 29, 2023, at Bethel Church, 1611 Hemlock Ave. NE, Owatonna). Friends may greet the family from 10 a.m. until the time of service at the church.
