John Bahe, 80, Owatonna

John Jerome Bahe, 80, of Owatonna, peacefully went to his heavenly home, via Route 66, flying free on March 24, 2024, with family by his side.

He was born on Sept. 18, 1943, in Faribault.

He fought a 20-year battle with many health issues and is at rest now without pain.

One of his greatest loves was living in Kodiak, Alaska. The other was his family.

He was a wonderful husband, father, grandpa, great-grandpa, brother, and son.

He leaves behind a wife, of 53 years, a beautiful family of four children, nine grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.

A family celebration of life will be held at a later date. Peace to all.
