Linda Kay Pike, 81, of Owatonna, passed away on Friday, April 3, 2026, at Mayo Clinic Health System in Mankato, surrounded by her loving family.

Linda was born on March 22, 1945, to Leonard and Irene (Cates) Aldahl. Linda graduated from Denfeld High School in Duluth, in 1963 and went on to work various jobs in Duluth before relocating to Owatonna in 1976.

In 1982, she met David Pike, and the couple was united in marriage in 1991 at Trinity Lutheran Church.

Linda continued her career with Federated Insurance in Owatonna, where she dedicated over 25 years of service as a receptionist.

Linda enjoyed a variety of hobbies throughout her life, including sewing, knitting, doing puzzles, cross-stitching, and quilting. She especially cherished spending time with her family, creating many lasting memories together. Linda also had a love for travel, particularly enjoying winter trips to Florida, where she looked forward to warmer weather and relaxation. She was an amazing one-of-a-kind person who touched many people’s lives.

Linda is survived by her husband of 35 years, David Pike; her children, Janene (David) Rowlett and Monique (Perry) Rathbun; her grandchildren, Amanda, Jacob, and Luke; her great-grandchildren, Kirra and Mila; and her brother, Terry Aldahl of Tucson, Arizona.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Leonard and Irene Aldahl.

Friends may greet the family from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. on Thursday, April 9, 2026, at Brick-Meger Funeral Home, 1603 Austin Road, Owatonna. A funeral service will follow at 12 p.m.
