Mary Bock, 79, Owatonna

Mary Kay Bock, 79, of Owatonna, passed away on Tuesday, April 14, 2026, at Abbott Northwestern Hospital.

She was born on Jan. 16, 1947, in Miles City, Mont., to Theodore and Dominica Torgeson. She attended school in Montana and graduated in 1965. She later moved to Minnesota, where she worked at a variety of jobs as a secretary, most notably for Mustang Manufacturing.

She was the loving mother of Steven Lee and Daniel Lee. Her family was very special to her and was the center and focus of her life.

She is survived by her two sons, Daniel (Michele) Bock and Steven (Lisa) Bock; four grandchildren, Damon, Kira, Brandon, and Josh; and her sister, Mary Jo Torgeson.

She was preceded in death by her parents and her sister, Mary Ann.

Mary Kay will be deeply missed by her family and all who knew her.
