Maurice Klecker, 86, Owatonna

Maurice Francis Klecker, 86, of Owatonna, passed away Monday, Dec. 18, 2023, at the Owatonna Hospital.

He was born on Feb. 12, 1937, to Ludwig and Josephine (Jirouski) Klecker. He attended grade school in Hope. He graduated from high school in 1955. After high school, Maurice served for the United States Army.

Maurice owned and worked on a farm his whole life. He spent his free time fishing, bowling, and dancing. He also loved spending time with friends and taking care of his various animals.

Visitation will be Friday, Dec. 22, 2023, from 4-7 p.m. at Brick-Meger Funeral Home.

In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to the Steele County Humane Society, P.O. Box 220, Owatonna, MN 55060.
