Notice of Final Hearing Concerning the Redetermination of Benefits of Steele County Ditch #27, Pursuant to Minnesota Statutes 103E.351

A Redetermination of Benefits was ordered by the Steele County Drainage Authority for CD#27. The Viewers have filed their report on the Redetermination of Benefits for County Ditch #27 which is available for inspection at the Steele County Auditor’s Office located in the Steele County Administration Center, 630 Florence Avenue, Owatonna, Minnesota, 55060.
 
That the description of the lands and properties which will be benefitted by the Redetermination of Benefits are as follows: Sections 33 and 34 of Somerset Township and Sections 3 and 4 of Summit Township.
 
The names of the property owners affected by the Redetermination of Benefits are as follows:
 
Gary D & Florence A Anderson, John F & Shirley Borchert, Clemmensen Family, Ltd Partners, Daniel G & Vickie K. Deml, Michael R Kasper, Kevin & Scott Noble, Thomas J & Dionette M. Polacek, Albert G & Margaret Marie Rysavy, Jerry & Mary Ann Rysavy, Joseph M & Cheryl K Rysavy, John P & Lynn R Schiller, Somerset Township, Steele County and David F & Janet A Vaith.
 
That a final hearing has been scheduled for Thursday, January 28th, 2016 at 4:00 p.m. in the Boardroom of the Steele County Administration Center located at 630 Florence  Avenue, Owatonna, Minnesota. All interested parties are invited to attend. If you are unable to attend, written comments will be accepted at the hearing and by mail through the date of the hearing at the Auditor’s Office located at 630 Florence Ave., Owatonna, MN
