NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

Notice is hereby given that the Planning and Zoning Commission of Claremont, Minnesota, will meet in Claremont City Hall on Tuesday, December 1, 2015 at 6:30 p.m. to hold a Public Hearing for a Conditional Use and Variance Request.  The Conditional Use Request is to put an Accessory Building on a vacant lot and a Variance Request for a setback reduction for the accessory building.  This request is made by Clifford Brekke.
 
All persons desiring to be heard with reference to the above-named request should attend this meeting.  Written comments must be received by November 30, 2015.  Comments can be sent to Claremont City Hall, c/o CUV Request, P.O. Box 235, Claremont, MN 55924.
