PUBLIC NOTICE NOTICE TO BIDDERS WESTFIELD TOWNSHIP

Westfield Township will be accepting quotes for crushed rock and gravel on April 2nd 2018 at 7:00 p.m. at the Westfield Township 
Hall. Quotes will be read when full board is in attendance. Bidder must show cost of material and cost of delivery separately, with no less than 5 trucks. Quotes must include the following. ¾ with no 
rriore than 20% fines, ¾ washed and Class 5 road rock. 
Bidders must have a Certificate of Insurance with .Quote. The Westfield Township Board reserves the right to reject any and all quotes and to wave irregularities therein and reserves the right to award the contract in the best interest of the township;
