Ronald C. Norton, 67, Kasson

Ronald C. Norton, 67, of Kasson, passed away Thursday, Feb. 23, 2017 at Mayo Clinic Hospital – Rochester, St. Marys Campus.  
Ron was born on April 13, 1949 in Minneapolis, to Raymond and Ileen (Clark) Norton. He spent his childhood in Minneapolis and was a graduate of Edison High School there.
On Nov. 14, 1981 he married Madonna Wojtczak. They made their home in Kasson for over 20 years. Ron was a mechanical engineer at McNeilus Mfg. in Dodge Center.  
He is survived by his wife, Madonna; son, Robert Norton, of Byron; mother, Ileen Norton, of Richfield; sister, Pat Norton (Curtis Pratt); and two granddaughters.  
A Mass of the Christian Burial will be at 11 a.m. Thursday, March 2, 2017, at Pax Christi Catholic Church, 4135 18th Ave NW, Rochester, with Fr. Joe Fogal officiating. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service at the church.  
In lieu of flowers, the family prefers memorials be directed to them for distribution later according to their wishes.
