Meeting was called to order at 3:00 p.m. Pledge of Allegiance was recited. 
 
1. County Attorney Dan McIntosh reviewed potential costs and implications of terminating contracts on the Public Works facility with either the Architect and/or the Construction Manager.
2. The meeting was open to comments from those in attendance.
3. Gnemi/Krueger to authorize a Staff and Consultants to prepare a building of 50,000 square foot building at a cost of $5 million.  Ayes all.
4. Staff will work with the Architect and Construction Manager to develop a concept design for Board approval.
5. Krueger/Abbe to move forward with the creation of pre-design documents at a cost of $9,250.   Ayes all.
                 
Motion by Gnemi, seconded by Commissioner Krueger to adjourn to the Call of the Chair at 5:53 p.m.  Ayes all.
