NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN: That on Monday, May 2nd, 2016 starting at 7:00 pm., the Steele County Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing in the Commissioner’s Room of the Steele County Administration Center, 630 Florence Avenue, Owatonna, MN, to receive comments on the following permit application. 
Don Redman has requested to rezone a parcel described as Block 1, Lots 3, Hagen Addition from General Business to Residential.  
All persons interested are invited to attend said hearings and be heard on these matters.
