Virginia Busho, 90, Ellendale

Virginia Busho, age 90, of Ellendale passed away on Thursday, Feb. 18, at Homestead Hospice House in Owatonna from complications of congestive heart failure. 
She was born on Oct. 7, 1925, in Medford to Albert and Rose Webb. She married her high school sweetheart, Robert, and they were married for 62 years. Virginia worked at the Owatonna Canning Company, Pete and Rube’s Market and ended her career as Ellendale Post Master. She was active in the American Legion Auxiliary, her local church and loved baking and handiwork, especially crocheting and sewing.
Virginia is survived by daughter-in-law Mary Busho of Nisswa and her son Brad and Kori Busho and their children Kelsi and Kole. Daughter Emily and Larry Otto of Ellendale, and their children Bethany Mikesell and her children Kiyah and Hope, and Josh Otto and Kristin Castle and their children Peyton, Kaydence, Avery, Kyah and Kenley. Daughter, Pam Wachholz and her daughter Bailey of Nisswa. Sister-in-law, Arlene Busho of Ellendale and many nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, Robert, son, Vern Busho and son-in-law, Duane Wachholz. Sister, Barbara and Joyce Verplank. Sister, Sharon Solem. Brother-in-law, Waylen and sister-in-law, Judi.
A memorial service will be held at Ellendale United Methodist Church on Feb. 27, 2016. The service will be at 2 p.m. with visitation at 1 p.m. Luncheon will follow the service.
